Career & Workforce Management Solutions is looking for an experienced Peoplesoft/JDE Order to Cash business analyst / project leader to join its world class Information Technology organization. This role combines subject matter expertise and thought leadership within the OTC functional area combined with the project management skills to plan, organize and control large scale global project teams delivering solutions based primarily on the Peoplesoft / JDE applications platform.
Responsibilities:
· Be part of the Customer Service Information Technology functional team
· Conducting gap analysis sessions
· Conference room pilots
· Coordination of gap closure through specification writing and development or business process changes
· Delivery at each phase of the system development life cycle
· Integration testing
· Motivate and lead project team members
· Support including the ability to perform minor modifications
· System implementation and post implementation
Qualifications:
• 5-7+ years of JDE/One World XE/PSE1 experience (8.11+), with demonstrated success throughout the full system development life cycle;
• 7-10 years of industry/IT, with Aerospace/Industrial Industry experience beneficial;
• Business Process Reengineering/Gap Analysis/Spec Writing abilities
• Capability to work in outsourced environment, i.e. vendor management;
• Collaborate effectively with business users. (Ability to translate technical aspects and specifications to business terms and vise versa)
• Education BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. MBA preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills, and ability to excel in dynamic environment
• Must be able to demonstrate initiative and openness to learning
• Optio experience in form development would be a benefit
• Order Management or Distribution business application experience
• Project management experience
• Strong conceptual abilities (systematic thinking, problem analysis)
